I was approached by my brother out in Oregon to help with his "STEAM" (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) initiative in Tualatin, Oregon quizzically named "Mobile Makerspace" – one of just eight cities from around the country to be named finalists in the America's Best Communities competition! Read about it here. Riffing off of ideas provided by locals, I was able to conjure up a kid-friendly fun logo that will be splashed across t-shirts and the mobile trailer itself.

I recently went to my local library's historical room, well, it IS named after the woman who lived in the 200+ year-old house prior to us (Lorraine Daley, she was a heavy in town with the Conservation Committee, etc.). Found out they had JUST updated the logo for the Old Bridgewater Historical Society, but were in dire need of it in a scalable vector format. So by using the awesome www.whatthefont.com and figuring out the typeface, and redrawing their new logo in Illustrator, I was able to give them the files they needed for larger output such as banners and table drapes. They made me an honorary member for a year!
