- Art direct and design multi-faceted social media “Champion the Journey“ campaign featuring quarterback legend Eli Manning to raise awareness of Wealth Management at Citizens, with over 4 million impressions of static and video elements, including TikTok.
- Design and execute “Big Offer” campaign for Wealth Management, from print to social to in-bank flyers, scoring nearly $90 million in new accounts by using effective photography and succinct language for the intended target audience.
- Design and art direct successful national email and social campaigns for Citizens Pay, a "Buy Now Pay Later" financing solution, including $1 million booked with a large national retailer.
- Design and deliver digital assets for Development team and help launch Citizens Pay app, with 50K downloads within first month.
- Work directly with Line of Business and external merchants to uniquely co-brand deliverables such as email, social, in-store signage, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with Personalization team and Senior copywriter to streamline templates and processes for email communications.
- Storyboard, record, and edit internal video employee communications for merchant, delivering 3 within the requested timeline.

- Design hundreds of digital and print deliverables each year, work cross-functionally for internal and external clients, including brochures, logos/branding, infographics, schematics, event and facilities graphics, packaging, web banners, digital user interfaces, and emails.
- Establish and update brand templates, provide guidelines and creative direction to local and global peers, as well as external vendors, enhancing brand adherence and cohesiveness.
- Collaborate with core digital team on AEM DAM setup and initial maintenance, while curating and providing user support for existing asset repository, greatly reducing asset search times.
– Support and solve challenges for huge legacy digital app note asset migration, delivering thousands of assets on time,
and helped complete team project before deadline.
- Art direct photo shoots, videos, press checks; proofread hundreds of scientific documents a year; mentor junior staff and art direct contractors.
2000 to 2007
- Produce brochures, trade show materials, packaging, corporate identity, and web design with an emphasis on the biotech and retail industry – from concept, design, production, to collecting files for printers and press checks.
- Manage creative direction from studio director to junior staff, while working independently on simple to detailed projects with account managers and clients.
1994 to 1999
- Redesign circulars for deep discount chain branch into a more cohesive and readable layout. Job Lot reflected double-digit increase of sales without alienating its value-conscious customers.
- Design weekly ads, circulars, packaging, logos, flyers, newsletters, and store signage.
